Continuous visibility
Managed vulnerability scanning
New vulnerabilities are published every day. Regular scanning, reviewed by a person, tells you when something changes, not months later.
Who it is for
- Organisations that test once a year and want visibility in between
- Teams without time to run and triage a scanner themselves
- Businesses that need evidence of ongoing vulnerability management
- MSPs looking for a managed scanning service for their clients
What we cover
External scanning
Your internet-facing IPs and domains, scanned on a schedule.
Internal scanning
Workstations, servers and network devices, via a lightweight scanning agent or appliance.
Web scanning
Automated checks of your websites for common vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
Human triage
False positives removed and real issues prioritised by someone who understands your environment.
How it works
Onboard
We agree targets and schedules, and deploy anything needed for internal scanning.
Scan
Scans run on your schedule (monthly, quarterly or one-off) at times that suit you.
Review
Every result is reviewed. You only hear about what is real and relevant.
Track
Clear reports show what is new, what is fixed and what is still outstanding.
What you get
- Scheduled internal and/or external scans
- Human-reviewed, prioritised findings
- Trend reporting: new, fixed and outstanding issues
- Alerts for critical new exposures
Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Ask in the form below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Is scanning a replacement for a penetration test?
No. Scanning gives regular, broad visibility of known vulnerabilities. A penetration test goes deeper, with a person exploiting and chaining issues. Most organisations benefit from both.
How often should we scan?
Monthly is a sensible default for most organisations. Externally exposed systems benefit from more frequent scanning. Cyber Essentials requires critical and high-risk updates to be applied within 14 days, so regular scanning helps prove that.
Will scanning slow down our systems?
Scans are throttled and scheduled at times you choose. Fragile systems can be excluded or scanned with lighter settings.
Can we get a one-off scan?
Yes. A one-off scan is a good way to get a baseline before deciding on a schedule or a full penetration test.
